The Zamoras grew this wonderful micro-lot of organic red Caturra coffee on a section of their farm they like to call "La Lima". With a wonderful deep flavor highlighted by delicate acidic notes to match, this complex coffee offers strong notes of sweet raisins and dates that combine in perfect symphony with inklings of olives, pu'erh tea, and a lingering toffee finish. This is one to remembersip and experience this special Peruvian rarity while you can.
