The Zamoras grew a wonderful micro-lot of this organic red Caturra coffee on a section of their farm they likes to call "La Lima". With a wonderful deep flavor highlighted by delicate acid notes to match, this complex coffee offers hints of sweet lemon and inklings of cacao, panela, and cherry that combine in perfect symphony. Due to changes the Zamoras made to their farm, this year’s supply is extremely limited. Sip and experience this special Peruvian rarity while you can.
