Khomanta Single-Origin

El Manantial

Grown by Jeane Guerrero
El Manantial

Jeane Guerrero made this superb producer blend of organic Typica and Pache resulting in well-balanced body and acidity. Notes of dried fruits and sweet almond hit the nose followed by a lite toffee on the taste buds, a taste that grows more distinct as the coffee cools. The name, "El Manantial," comes from the creek that parts Guerrero’s farm into two sections. We like to think this has something to do with dual nature of flavors to be found in this refreshingly clean cup.
