Wu Dang+ body-workout
Wu Dang+ body-workout A combination of different types of Qi Gong/Chi Kung,
Yoga, Fitness, Poy and Kung Fu.
Highly effective, simple and dynamic all-round workout, to instantly obtain:
- organ-& meridian-health
- effective strength in all joints & directions
- control/coordination
- speed
- aerobic condition
All these aspects, we gain through investing only a few minutes per day!
Great to use as a basic workout for martial arts, or whatever other sport!
Or just enjoy all the benefits in daily life, feeling far stronger, more joyous, concentrated & healthy!
The workout could easily be done anywhere, without any more needs than your own body,
and maybe your shoes as weights, once you’d have gained some good force.
This method is very easy to learn. The ‘harder’ aspects could be:
- the great diversity in exercises
- one’s own discipline, to keep doing it
Therefore, we’d advice you to do this with us for at least 2 weeks
(even better would be 3, to have the information memorized by your DNA), so that:
- you will know all exercises by head
- you will feel such an incredible improvement for your life,
that you’ll not be likely to let this workout go, anymore!
Price: $4 p.p., per day/session.
Later, we want to expand the workout somewhat, with personal defense,
and Parkour/Roof-Jumping/Wu Shu-skills, but first we need someone to teach that to us!
