Buy your own piece of land (2ha) at 4,500 euros in total, 
plus a few small costs, and join!

In exchange for 3 hours of your assistance per day, 
you could make use of the communal house and garden, 
while preparing your own land, and building your dream-house!


Your dream-house! 
The investment for a real dream-house, would not even be much at all!

Within a few limits, which protect Nature, the initiative and it’s People,
you can really freely design your own dream-house, 
and have it built/have help in building it, depending on different factors, 
normallyat a total cost of between $5,000 and $25,000, 
and within half a year of time, at most.

A temporary cabin on your own new land could be built within 1 or 2 weeks,
at between $400 and $1,000.



Materials 
We try to apply 100% organic building, with wood, mud-brick and rocks, 
and a little bit further in the future Bamboo, as well, all being GREAT materials!
However, for the roof, we don’t have the solution, yet, to have it all natural.

In the near future, maybe we could bake our own clay roof-tiles, 
and use thick glass for roof-windows. Maybe you could help us with some ideas!
And just have a look on the internet, for ‘super-adobe’!
This is really something that we are going to apply!

Of course, we have set up regulations & guidelines, 
to protect Nature, the initiative, and its’ inhabitants.
